Lugaro is a leading diamond jewelry manufacturer and retailer in Western Canada, renowned for its exceptional quality and corporate responsibility. The brand houses one of the largest selections of Rolex watches, as well as fine timepieces from prestigious brands like Cartier, OMEGA, IWC, Tudor, and Chopard.

Salary Range: $48-50.00 per hour, depending on experience.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Watch Maker, located at 1102 Government Street, Victoria BC. The Watch Maker will be responsible for repairing, maintaining, and assembling fine timepieces, including luxury watches and clocks. Responsibilities include conducting diagnostic evaluations, performing high-precision repairs, ensuring quality control of fine watches, and upholding a high level of accuracy in craftsmanship. The role requires communication with customers and colleagues to provide updates on repair progress and maintain exceptional service standards.
Qualifications
- 5+ years expertise in watch repair and maintenance, knowledge of Swiss brand watches
- Strong understanding and experience working with luxury Watches
- Commitment to Quality Control and a High Level of Accuracy
- Good manual dexterity, keen eyesight
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility
- Ability to work on intricate timepieces with precision and care
- Experience with luxury brands such as Rolex, OMEGA, or similar is an asset
- Formal training or certification in horology is an advantage, certified by a well-known Swiss brand company
- Excellent communication skills (speak/write fluent English) and a customer-focused mindset
- Willing to relocate
