Randy’s Auto Service — Prince George, BC
Randy’s Auto Service is looking for a motivated Automotive Technician or 3rd Year Apprentice to join our small, hands-on shop in Prince George, BC.
We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, can work independently, and enjoys diagnosing and repairing a wide variety of vehicles. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to be part of a smaller shop environment where quality work, reliability, and a strong work ethic matter.
What You’ll Do
- Perform general automotive maintenance and repairs
- Complete oil services and routine maintenance
- Diagnose and repair brake systems
- Perform suspension and steering repairs
- Perform wheel alignments
- Complete tune-ups and preventative maintenance
- Use computer diagnostic equipment to identify and troubleshoot vehicle issues
- Inspect vehicles and identify necessary repairs
- Communicate findings and recommended repairs clearly
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Work efficiently while maintaining a high standard of workmanship
What We’re Looking For
- Automotive Technician or 3rd Year Apprentice experience
- Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills
- Experience with general vehicle maintenance and repair
- Ability to perform alignments, suspension work, brake repairs, and diagnostics
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented
- Takes pride in quality workmanship
- Positive attitude and willingness to continue learning
