Dishwasher

The dishwasher is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of the dishes and cutlery used during service; when assigned to night cleaning, they take care of cleaning the kitchen facilities.

Your main responsibilities as a dishwasher will be:

·        Assist in washing pots and any other kitchen utensils or equipment.

·        Adhere to all specifications and standards regarding the cleaning of requested items.

·        Prepare the workstation with the necessary materials.

·        Load and check the dishwasher.

·        Ensure that the temperatures of each cycle are adjusted according to standards.

·        Inform the supervisor of any shortages and correct any defects.

·        Organize the designated area for the disposal of dirty dishes.

·        Remove food, waste, and plastic wrap from dirty dishes before placing them in the dishwasher.

·        Clean and maintain the equipment and work areas.

·        Complete any other special cleaning projects.

·        Sort and store clean dishes in the appropriate location.

Skills and requirements :
