- Create and monitor annual operating objectives
- Manage effective communication within the division
- Develop and enforce clinical practice standards
- Champion continuous education for team members
- Organize and document division meetings regularly
- Active Staff membership is essential
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills required
- Background in neurosurgery or related specialty
- Experience with quality improvement initiatives preferred
