Role Summary

Fivestone is seeking a Senior Designer (hands-on, execution-first role) with strong fundamentals, sharp taste, and the ability to elevate work across a wide range of deliverables. This role exists to strengthen creative execution, improve design quality, and remove bottlenecks, particularly in presentation design, brand execution, and high-volume content needs. This is a hands-on design role for someone who can move fluidly between brand systems, campaign design, decks, and social content while maintaining a high bar for craft and clarity. This is not a motion role. Not illustration. Not 3D. This is about taste. Typography. Hierarchy. Restraint. And knowing when to stop. The ideal candidate is a strong generalist who can both execute and elevate, bringing polish, consistency, and quiet confidence to everything they touch.

Key Responsibilities

1. Execute & Elevate Brand Design

● Design across brand systems, campaigns, social content, and visual frameworks

● Elevate existing work through refinement, polish, and improved visual hierarchy

● Apply strong typography, layout, and visual systems thinking

● Maintain consistent quality across formats and deliverables

● Translate strategic and creative direction into compelling visual execution

2. Build & Elevate Client Decks

● Design high-quality client presentations and pitch decks

● Translate rough ideas into polished, client-ready materials

● Apply strong typography, hierarchy, spacing, and visual clarity

● Support both external client decks and internal agency presentations

● Help remove deck-building bottlenecks and improve team velocity

This role helps ideas land and makes the work look as smart as it actually is.

3. Support Social & Ongoing Content

● Contribute to social content design during high-volume periods

● Support junior designers with refinement and layout guidance

● Help stabilize and elevate social output across brands

● Work efficiently across high-volume design needs while maintaining quality

You know how to move fast but keep it tight.

4. Be a Client-Facing Designer

● Present design work clearly and confidently in internal and client reviews

● Explain design decisions and respond to feedback thoughtfully

● Partner with Creative Directors and cross-functional teams

● Operate with minimal oversight while maintaining alignment

You do not just make the work. You help people believe in it.

Your Qualifications

Design Skill & Taste

● Strong command of typography, layout, hierarchy, and visual systems

● High attention to detail and polish

● Ability to elevate existing work quickly and effectively

● Strong visual judgment and design intuition

You notice things others miss. And you fix them.

Tools & Fluency

Advanced proficiency in:

● Adobe Creative Suite

● Google Slides

● PowerPoint

● Comfortable working across multiple formats and platforms

● Ability to move quickly between presentation, brand, and social deliverables

● Comfort using AI-assisted tools to accelerate ideation, exploration, and production

● Ability to use AI responsibly as a creative accelerator, not a replacement for craft

We are not looking for AI specialists. We are looking for designers who are comfortable working in a modern creative environment, where taste still matters most.

You know the tools. But more importantly, you know what ‘great’ looks like.

Experience

● 4–7 years of professional design experience

● Agency, studio, or in-house brand experience preferred

● Demonstrated experience building client-facing presentations

● Experience designing across large-scale campaigns and high-volume social content

● Experience developing brand identities and brand guidelines
