Service Appointment Coordinator - T&T Honda

Responsibilities
- Master of Appointments: Efficiently schedule appointments, confirmations, and updates with a touch of knowledge and flair.
- Guest Experience Guru: Make every service visit a unique and extraordinary experience for our guests. Your friendly and courteous greeting sets the tone!
- Recall and Reminder Rockstar : Check for outstanding recalls, advise on manufacturer warranty coverage, and offer alternate transportation options.
- Communication Connoisseur: Answer calls and emails promptly and professionally, ensuring our guests feel valued and heard.
- Proactive Planner: Review and coordinate appointments with the parts department, making sure everything is in place for a seamless service experience.
- Cash Handling Champion: Collect and process payments, following dealership guidelines with precision.
- Feedback Aficionado : Follow up with guests, request feedback, and discuss surveys within 24 hours. Your attention to detail ensures continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Customer service experience with a passion for creating positive experiences.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks seamlessly.
