• Greet and welcome clients with a warm, friendly demeanor
• Answer and manage multiple phone lines efficiently
• Schedule and confirm appointments with precision
• Please provide information about our services and products
• Assist clients with check-in and check-out processes
• Handle transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area
• Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth client flow
• Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly
• Upsell services and products to clients

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a receptionist in dental or optometrist offices
• Familiarity with medical environments and private business operations
• Strong customer service skills with a professional and sophisticated approach
• Excellent phone etiquette and appointment booking experience
• Friendly, upbeat personality with a positive attitude
• Highly organized and meticulous in work habits
• Ability to multi-task and handle a busy reception area
• Accurate with financial transactions and record-keeping
• Proficiency in using appointment scheduling software and office equipment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
