Production Associate

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor machinery involved in material windings, material slitting, material cuffing & sheeting, and wholesale production.
• Follow operating procedures and safety protocols for various machines in the production process.
• Using tape measures and calipers to conduct quality checks.
• Handle raw materials and finished products, including loading materials onto machines and unloading finished products.
• Utilize equipment like forklifts or pallet jacks for material movement when required.
• Assemble parts together using glue and other adhesives.
• Assist with packaging goods to be shipped.
• Maintain a clean work environment.
• Adhere to the health and safety guidelines.
• Work fluidly with other departments to ensure products are shipped out on time.
• Additional duties as assigned within your department.

Qualified Candidates will have:

• 3+ years' experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work in a team setting and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Great attendance is a critical requirement.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Basic Math skills - ability to measure and calculate.
• The ability to perform the physical requirements of the job, which may include bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting, standing, walking, repetitive motion, and other job specific requirements.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
