Full Time Summer Painter

We are hiring motivated individuals to join our team as Full-Time Summer Painters for the upcoming painting season. This role is ideal for students or individuals looking for a hands-on leadership opportunity, strong earning potential, and valuable business experience. What You’ll Be Doing: * Interior and exterior residential painting * Surface preparation including sanding, scraping, caulking, and priming * Applying paint using brushes, rollers, and other professional tools * Working safely on ladders and around residential job sites * Maintaining a clean and professional work environment * Communicating with homeowners in a respectful and professional manner * Leading small crews on job sites (for experienced candidates) What We’re Looking For: * Strong work ethic and positive attitude * Ability to work full-time during the summer (May–August preferred) * Comfortable working outdoors and doing physical work * Reliable transportation to job sites * Ability to work on ladders and at heights * Leadership mindset and willingness to learn What You’ll Gain: * Competitive hourly pay + performance bonuses * Leadership and project management experience * Professional training in residential painting * Opportunity to lead a crew and develop management skills * Valuable experience for future careers in business, trades, or entrepreneurship Compensation: * $18–$25/hour depending on experience and performance * Performance bonuses available for high-performing crew members Location: Rothesay, Quispamsis, Saint John and surrounding areas.
