AP Specialist
OBJECTIVE:
As an AP Specialist, in your world, nothing is too big or too small when it comes to creating success. This means you are ready to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty. It is this mindset that will allow you to excel as the AP Specialist for our client.. The successful candidate will be responsible for fulfilling assigned tasks within the Accounts Payable Team.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Review and approve invoices for accuracy and completeness.
- Enter invoices into the AP system.
- Track payments and follow up with vendors as needed.
- Reconcile accounts payable. Prepare monthly reports.
PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in accounts payable.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Sage 50.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
