Senior Business Analyst Hybrid Role

Drive transformation initiatives as a Senior Business Analyst in a hybrid model. Your expertise in stakeholder management and process optimization will propel our complex organizational strategies forward. Join our client in a mission to facilitate strategic transformations within a large-scale, regulated environment. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will act as a pivotal bridge between business objectives and implementation teams. Focusing on scoping, analysis, and documentation, you will employ methodologies such as Agile and Scrum in complex scenarios. Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate workshops with stakeholders and delivery teams
- Define and validate initiative scope and objectives
- Analyze and document current-state processes
- Develop business cases and project deliverables
- Ensure traceability between requirements and solutions
- Significant Business Analyst experience in regulated environments
- Advanced knowledge of BABOK framework
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, SAFe, and Waterfall
- Proven skills in stakeholder management and facilitation
- Advanced French proficiency required
