Academic Endocrinologist at St. Michael's Hospital

Join St. Michael's Hospital and the University of Toronto as a full-time Academic Endocrinologist. Deliver outpatient care, contribute to educational programs, and engage in clinical research and quality initiatives. St. Michael’s Hospital and the University of Toronto are seeking qualified full-time academic endocrinologists for up to two positions. Appointments will be at the rank of Lecturer or higher and involve a strong commitment to clinical care, academic education, and research in the field of Endocrinology. Candidates should have a firm grasp of clinical endocrinology and an interest in quality improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outpatient care and consultations for endocrine patients
• Engage actively in academic education of Endocrinology residents
• Collaborate on clinical research projects within the department
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives
• Support clinical and educational missions as an academic clinician

Requirements:

• MD degree with Endocrinology certification
• Licensure with CPSO in Ontario
• Eligible for academic appointment at U of T
• Graduate degree or advanced training desired
• Expected annual remuneration above $200,000
