Security Officer - Critical Infrastructure Protection

Paladin Security is recruiting Security Officers to support Critical Infrastructure Protection Program. Officers will provide proactive patrols, access control, project asset protection, and incident response at high-profile utility facilities throughout the Lower Mainland.

Training Provided

• Paladin & site specific LMS Training
• PSSP Cat 2 Training (LB1 and WHY assignments)
• Site-specific orientation
• Exposure to SOPs / Security Operational Plans

Duties

• Conduct proactive exterior patrols
• Protect project assets and critical infrastructure
• Monitor laydown and construction areas
• Perform access control duties
• Detect and report suspicious activity
• Complete detailed notebook entries and incident reports
• Maintain a professional and visible security presence
• Respond to emergencies and security incidents

Requirements

• Valid BC Security Worker License
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with clean abstract
• Reliable personal transportation
• Strong communication and report-writing skills
• Ability to work independently during overnight shifts
• Eligibility to work in Canada

Preferred Qualifications

• AST Certification
• OFA / IFA Certification
• Mobile Patrol experience
• Military, law enforcement, or critical infrastructure experience
• Previous overnight security experience

Positions available:

• Full-Time
• Part-Time
• Casual / Relief

Contract Duration Up to 1 Year with potential extension and permanent opportunities.
