Job Title:: AI Delivery Operations Lead
Location: North York, ON (Hybrid)
Contract: 6 Months,
Work Hours: Flexible (8 to 5, 9 to 6, 10 to 7)
Pay Rate: CAD 60–70/hr
Overview:
We are seeking an execution-driven AI Delivery Operations Lead to manage and accelerate delivery across AI, data, and analytics initiatives. This role will lead cross-functional teams, enforce agile best practices, and ensure seamless coordination between technical and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead delivery across multiple AI, data engineering, and analytics teams
- Drive agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, Scrum of Scrums)
- Manage cross-team dependencies and ensure smooth pipeline integration
- Track and optimize delivery metrics (velocity, cycle time, deployment frequency)
- Align product priorities with execution across teams
- Communicate progress, risks, and blockers to stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and model safety standards
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years in technical program management, delivery, or scrum leadership
- Strong experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
- Solid understanding of data pipelines, cloud, and AI/ML project lifecycle
- Experience working with data science, engineering, and analytics teams
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, Asana
Preferred:
- Agile certifications (CSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe)
- Exposure to MLOps/LLMOps and AI model lifecycle
- Experience with MarTech or CX platforms
