Become an Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant with Insight Global, focusing on part-time hours that can convert to full-time. Bring your 7-9 years of implementation experience to support major enterprise needs. This opportunity includes a 12-month contract initially set for approximately 20 hours per week. You will configure Oracle HCM Cloud modules, collaborate closely with HR, Payroll, and IT to drive system enhancements and improve operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance and configure Oracle HCM modules effectively
- Lead requirements gathering and fit-gap assessments
- Provide payroll process support and integrations
- Conduct thorough testing and address troubleshooting needs
- Work with HR teams to optimize system functionalities
- 7-9+ years in Oracle Cloud HCM implementations
- Hands-on expertise in Core HR and other HCM modules
- Background in system configuration and testing
- Strong skills in requirements gathering and fit-gap analysis
- Knowledgeable in end-to-end HR processes
