BMO Personal Banking Associate

BMO Financial Group

Serve BMO customers at 1 Yorkgate Boulevard through personal banking advice, transaction support, and needs-based conversations in a branch environment.

As a Personal Banking Associate, you deliver exceptional service while identifying financial needs and recommending suitable banking solutions. You collaborate with BMO partners, support digital banking adoption, and contribute to branch business results. The position includes personal banking, credit card, and investment conversations, alongside operational and compliance responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome customers and guide them through branch services
Provide personal banking and investment advice
Complete customer transactions with seamless execution
Identify referrals and support broader customer relationships
Follow operational, risk, and compliance processes

Requirements:

Typically one to two years of relevant experience
Consultative customer service or sales experience
Investment product registration completed or in progress
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organization skills
Basic knowledge of specialized banking solutions
