Own the delivery of complex products across a modern frontend/backend platform while providing hands‑on technical leadership.Build & Deliver – Complete end to end Fullstack development, from APIs and real-time services to frontend experiences, infrastructure, and deployment pipelines.Lead Architecture
- Translate product requirements into scalable technical solutions, define architecture, and balance long-term maintainability with delivery speed.Drive Product Outcomes
- Partner closely with product and engineering teams to refine requirements, manage dependencies, and deliver incremental value to customers.Champion Engineering Excellence
- Set standards for code quality, testing, observability, performance, and security. Conduct code reviews and mentor engineers to elevate team capability.Own Releases
- Manage the full lifecycle of feature delivery, including CI/CD, security remediation, dependency management, documentation, compliance, and production releases.Continuously Improve - Measure outcomes, optimize team practices, and leverage AI-assisted development tools responsibly to improve productivity and quality.Must‑Have Skills
Expert in TypeScript, React, and Node.JsExperience delivering cloud-native applications with Docker, Kubernetes, and modern CI/CD practicesStrong understanding of distributed systems, software architecture, testing, and securityProven technical leadership and mentorship experienceEffective use of AI-assisted development toolsNice To Have
