US Corporates – Credit Analyst, Director – Sports (Technology, Media & Telecom)

Responsibilities

• Lead the analysis of sports transactions within the Telecommunications, Media, and Technology Group.
• Maintain comprehensive financial models.
• Lead meetings with management teams and advisors.
• Prepare rating committee materials and publish research.
• Maintain a robust external analytic profile.
• Participate in evaluation of other corporate credits.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Advanced Excel and Word skills.
• Robust analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Team-oriented mindset.
• Preferred CFA/CPA or CFA candidate preferred.
• Sports and TMT experience a plus.
• Experience in Sports and TMT industries.
• Credit experience (buy‑side, sell‑side, bank or rating agency).
• Master’s degree or CFA.
• Demonstrated leadership and stakeholder management.

Pay Range (Toronto Roles Only)

Expected base pay will be between $170,000 and $200,000 per year. Actual salaries may vary based on education, training, experience, and other factors.
