Lead the Home Financing Solutions Sales Support Team at Scotiabank, enhancing operations and recruiting top talent. Drive performance and efficiency while fostering an inclusive team culture. As a Senior Manager, you will oversee Home Financing Officers and Associates. Your role ensures quality coaching, recruitment, and onboarding while optimizing sales support processes. Engage with teams across Canada to align support for Home Financing Advisors. Key Responsibilities: • Manage national staffing requests for support staff assignments • Oversee recruitment and onboarding of new hires • Deliver training for skill enhancement and standardization • Monitor compensation tracking and escalation processes • Support business development activities for Home Financing Advisors Requirements: • University degree with 8+ years of experience • Strong judgment and financial acumen • Prior people management experience • Bilingual in English and French • Knowledge of mortgage industry and sales effectiveness Empower the team and drive success in home financing through exceptional leadership at Scotiabank. #J-18808-Ljbffr
