The ideal candidate should possess five years in Salesforce customization and deployment and two years in nCino workflows. Excellent communication skills with technical and business stakeholders are essential for success in this position. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead software design and development for Salesforce solutions
- Implement continuous improvements in the CB Salesforce ecosystem
- Support ideation and development of nCino managed package solutions
- Communicate technical requirements effectively to stakeholders
- Collaborate with Solution Architects for project success
- 10+ years of overall work experience in related field
- 5+ years in Salesforce development and configuration
- 2+ years managing workflows using Salesforce tools
- Advanced Salesforce and nCino certifications required
- Experience with top 5 banks in the FI sector is a plus
