Job Description

As a Housekeeping Supervisor your attention to detail will show the Housekeeping team that you are committed to providing luxury Guest experiences. The energy and enthusiasm you display will create a “fun” place to work.
Starting Rate: $24.72 per hour
We recognize tenure through our compensation. Hourly rates increase after six months, and yearly to three years. At three years the pay rate for this role would be $29.60.
Job Duties Include:
- Ensure service excellence through inspections, VIP arrivals, and addressing guest concerns.
- Coach, train, and manage team performance, fostering a motivated and high-performing team.
- Oversee daily housekeeping tasks, maintenance reporting, and adherence to safety and cleanliness standards.
- Manage supplies, deep cleaning initiatives, and special projects such as renovations.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure efficiency, guest satisfaction, and smooth operations.
Qualifications
Your Skills & Qualifications
:
- Proficiency in English (both verbal and written) is essential.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in a hotel housekeeping environment.
- Strong training and coaching skills, with a proven ability to develop team members.
- Experience with Hotel Property Management Systems, specifically Oracle.
- Familiarity with Amadeus (HotSOS) Housekeeping Software is a plus.
- Proactive with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to high standards.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to clearly convey information and ideas to others.
- Quick decision-making ability, with a capacity to evaluate and choose the best course of action.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and in fast-paced, high-stress situations.
- Skilled at listening, understanding, and resolving concerns or issues raised by coworkers and guests.
- Capable of performing duties with attention to detail, efficiency, accuracy, and a cooperative attitude, with minimal supervision.
