Bridal Store Manager (Maternity Leave)

Job Responsibility:

At Camellia Wedding Gown we strive to create an intimate and luxurious shopping experience to suit the needs of every individual client. Your main role as a working Store Manager is to assist customers while they're shopping, as well as be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the boutique. You'll be working one on one with clients to help them navigate our collection of dresses and accessories as well as managing a team of sales associates and the daily activities of the store.

What you will be doing:

• Quickly build a rapport and foundation of a trusting relationship with clients and the guests that are accompanying them
• Taking measurements to determine the correct size to order and taking down all necessary information in a professional and organized manor
• Perform open and close procedure
• Prepare monthly work schedule to ensure sufficient staffing on the floor
• Assisting with special events that the boutique participates in and host
• Achieve annual sales goals within operating budgets
• Monitor store and individual employee sales performance to maintain or increase sales productivity
• Lead the team on executing superior customer service and after sales experience, to increase and retain customer loyalty;

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 2-4 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service related industry;
• Ability to analyze selling reports, identify business trends, and react quickly to the needs of the business;
• Proven ability to drive positive customer experiences that build loyalty and deliver measurable results;
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment;
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, Outlook;
• Industry awareness and strong business acumen;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent organizational skills;
• Passion for the Fashion Industry;
• Ability to inspire and influence a team, with an entrepreneurial vision, and high level of integrity and professionalism;
• Ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful situations.
• Maintain housekeeping standards in the store. Able to lift and carry up to 20lbs.
• Strong customer service skills
• Flexibility to work a retail schedule which will include evenings, weekends and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
