Sales Associate

Restezzzy Mattresses is looking for a friendly, motivated, and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our growing team in Saskatoon.

We are a locally owned mattress and sleep-products retailer focused on providing honest advice, great value, and a comfortable, pressure-free shopping experience. Our goal is simple: help every customer find the right mattress for their comfort, sleep needs, and budget.

As a Sales Associate, you will welcome customers into the showroom, learn about their sleep preferences, explain mattress features and differences, and guide them through the selection process. You will also help with pillows, adjustable bases, bedroom furniture, and other sleep-related products.

Responsibilities include:
Greeting and assisting customers in a professional and approachable manner  
Understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products  
Explaining mattress comfort levels, materials, features, warranties, and promotions  
Completing sales transactions accurately  
Following up with customers when required  
Keeping the showroom clean, organized, and well presented  
Helping with product displays, pricing, inventory, and general store duties and social media content.
Working with the team to achieve store sales and customer-service goals  

We are looking for someone who is confident communicating with people, dependable, positive, and willing to learn. Previous retail or sales experience is an asset, but mattress experience is not required. Training will be provided.

The ideal candidate understands that great sales come from listening, educating, and building trustnot pressuring customers.
