Manage and maintain the flat-top grill, fryers, or assembly line during high-volume lunch and dinner rushes.cook and assemble signature menu items. Communicate dynamically with the kitchen team to ensure entire tables of food are finished and plated simultaneously, hot and fresh. Monitor station inventory levels, notify the chef of upcoming ingredient shortages, and apply strict FIFO rotation to fresh products.
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary station throughout the shift. Adhere strictly to local health codes and food handling requirements. 6 months - 1 year experience. Exceptional time-management skills and knife skills. Ability to stand for long shifts and lift up to 40–50 lbs.
collaborative communication style with a highly professional attitude. Open availability to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays. Valid food handlers certificate.
