• Draft and negotiate commercial, vendor, and service agreements
• Oversee e-commerce legal frameworks and customer dispute resolutions
• Maintain contract templates and compliance measures
• Manage corporate governance and real estate matters, including leases
• Provide risk assessments to cross-functional leaders

• Law degree (LL.B. or J.D.) with active Barreau membership
• Minimum of 5 years in commercial or corporate law
• Bilingual in French and English with professional proficiency
• Proven experience in high-volume contract management
• Background in retail, e-commerce or technology sectors
