Client Account Representative

Job Responsibility:

OT Group is seeking a motivated Client Account Representative to join our team and contribute to our Customer Success Team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to provide day-to-day exceptional service and support, as well as taking part in customer onboarding and retention plans.

This role is an in-office role at our Belleville, Ontario location .

What You'll Be Doing:

• Handling onboarding, completing customer set up, training users, making sure they stick around, and keeping customers happy.

• Checking tickets, following up, and asking customers how we're doing and if we've resolved their issues.

• Taking requests for new hardware and software from clients and making sure they get what they need.

• Putting together sales quotes as required.

• Dealing with license requests and renewals, and looking for chances to offer additional opportunities where it makes sense.

• Keeping an eye on projects and deadlines and looking at numbers to track how things are going.

• Crafting new years ways to keep customers happy and making sure our support information is up to date, with help from the Customer Success Manager and other teams.

• Posting content on social media and assisting with marketing collateral as necessary.

• Working with other internal teams to make sure customers have a great experience and getting ideas from everyone.

• Aligning work closely with the Development Team when situations require more attention.

Who We're Looking For:

• A post-secondary education with a focus in business, communications, or another related equivalent

• A minimum of one to two (1-2) years' experience in a customer-facing role, where interaction with customers has been a key responsibility

• Previous experience in account management within an IT or Managed Services Provider considered an asset

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely

• A basic understanding of relevant IT applications, software, and hardware

• The ability to analyze customer feedback, and provide data-driven decisions to Management

• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize customer needs and deadlines
