Branch Operations Manager at Air Liquide

Join Air Liquide Canada as a Branch Manager in Kamloops, BC. This role focuses on team leadership, sales management, and strategic development in a collaborative environment.
You will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the Kamloops branch while leading Inside Sales Representatives towards achieving sales targets. In this role, you'll design and implement new sales processes, ensure compliance with operational standards, and develop the skills of your team. Clear communication and data analysis will be vital for your success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze sales data and prepare comprehensive reports
• Partner on annual budgeting for sales activities
• Oversee the Price Increase Plan executions
• Mentor Inside Sales Representatives for career growth
• Create initiatives to enhance the sales process
Requirements:
• At least 2 years in an industrial setting
• College diploma in a relevant field required
• Familiarity with quality systems and safety standards
• MS Office expertise, especially in Excel
• Strong written and verbal English skills
