Our client, an industry leader in retail, is seeking an Retail Lead to join their team. As an Retail Lead, you will be part of the store management team supporting daily operations and customer service excellence. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Pay Range: $19-20 per hour

- Assist in managing daily store operations to ensure smooth functioning
- Support team members in delivering exceptional customer service
- Help implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets
- Maintain inventory levels and oversee stock management
