Key Responsibilities: • Provide direct patient care in home environments • Ensure accurate and detailed documentation • Conduct ongoing patient assessments • Administer medications and document actions taken • Follow infection control and Universal Precautions

Requirements: • Valid nursing license in BC, in good standing • Current CPR certification • Strong wound care and clinical skills • Valid driver's license and personal vehicle • Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
