Senior Sales and Marketing Manager

Groupe Nordik is the esteemed leader in the creation of wellness spa villages, celebrated for operating the largest spa in North America located in Chelsea, QC, and the largest event sauna in Whitby, ON.

Since our inception in 2005, our three venues—Nordik Spa-Nature Chelsea, QC; Thermea Winnipeg, MB; and Thermea Spa Village Whitby, ON—have attracted over 500,000 visits annually.

What you will do:

The Senior Sales and Marketing Manager will play a critical role in shaping the strategic direction of our sales and marketing efforts. They will lead initiatives to enhance our market presence, drive sales growth, and develop fruitful partnerships that amplify our impact and reach.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement robust sales and marketing strategies in alignment with our company's goals. Stay ahead of market trends and adapt strategies to maintain competitive advantage.
• Manage the sales process from planning to execution, optimizing the sales funnel to exceed targets. Mentor and develop the sales and marketing team, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Identify and secure strategic partnerships to enhance market position and access new demographics. Negotiate partnership terms to ensure mutual benefit and alignment with our strategic goals.
• Work closely with the marketing team to align marketing strategies with sales objectives. Oversee the creation of marketing materials that effectively communicate our value proposition.
• Represent Groupe Nordik at industry events and through public engagements. Maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and industry influencers.

To be successful in this position you will need:

• Proven track record in a senior sales and marketing role.
• Excellent leadership skills and ability to drive team performance.
• Strategic mindset with deep understanding of market trends.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field;
• Bilingualism in French and English is essential for our operations outside of Quebec.
