Director Of Industrial Security

Lead industrial security for True Anomaly in Denver or Long Beach, applying NISPOM expertise and managing a fully onsite program.

As Director of Government Security, you will own the industrial security program supporting True Anomaly’s spacecraft and national security space operations. This hands-on, player-coach role combines enterprise security strategy with direct execution. You will oversee DCSA relationships, classified contract requirements, personnel security, and multi-site compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own industrial security compliance with NISPOM, SEAD 3, and Continuous Vetting
• Serve as liaison to DCSA and government security counterparts
• Coordinate inspections, findings, corrective actions, and required notifications
• Oversee security operations across multiple facilities and concurrent programs
• Hire, develop, and manage a growing security team

Requirements:

• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance required
• 10+ years’ industrial security experience with FSO experience
• Deep knowledge of NISPOM, DCSA processes, and compliance frameworks
• Experience managing programs across multiple facilities or sites
• Strong communication with government, leadership, and technical teams
