Your New Role
In this role, you will be reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor. You will be joining an existing Maintenance Team to support the day-to-day of a residential rental portfolio in Metro-Vancouver. The majority of the portfolio is based in Burnaby however the Maintenance Technician will also be required to support properties in neighbouring cities. The ideal candidate will have experience in residential building maintenance and be well versed with building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing. This candidate will have handyman skills and be comfortable using tools, be able to complete carpentry tasks and excel at communicating with tenants.
What you’ll need to succeed
3+ years experience working in building maintenance.
Related Education is an asset.
Must have a reliable vehicle and a valid BCDL.
Must have your own basic tools.
Yardi experience is an asset.
Must be able to lift, move and carry up to 50 lbs.
What you’ll get in return
Salary: $60,000 - $70,000
