Cyber Security Lead Experience Required

Join our Client as a Cyber Security Lead, working remotely from Canada. Focus on developing strategic security practices while leading initiatives within the Client IT security team. This vital role supports the Client IT Security Director in shaping comprehensive security strategies. The ideal candidate is results-driven and has extensive knowledge of information technology and security best practices. Your role will include collaborating on security roadmap reviews and providing insightful recommendations for security solutions that align with business objectives. Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with the Client IT Security Director on initiatives
• Guide security strategy development and implementation
• Review and improve the Client’s security roadmap
• Analyze business requirements for effective solutions
• Stay informed on security threats and adaptations

Requirements:

• 15-20 years of relevant experience in IT
• 10-12 years specialized in IT security
• Mandatory CISSP certification
• Bachelor's degree minimum; advanced degree preferred
• Strong project management track record
