Become a pivotal part of Nurun's team as a Quality Assurance Analyst, focusing on ensuring quality for omnichannel marketing initiatives. This hybrid role blends technical execution and strategic collaboration. As part of Nurun’s QA team, you will strengthen our quality efforts with a specialization in Braze campaigns. Your role encompasses end-to-end QA processes, ensuring that messaging content is flawless and digital interactions are engaging. Collaborate with various stakeholders to set and maintain high-quality standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct QA on digital messaging and campaign content
- Engage in device testing to guarantee user experience
- Review campaign configurations in Braze for accuracy
- Document and track defects systematically
- Work closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery
- Minimum 2 years in a QA specialization
- Experience with Braze or similar tools
- Proficiency in creating test strategies
- Knowledge of accessibility testing
- Excellent communication skills
