Wigmore Regional Hospital City/Town: Moose Jaw Department: Mental Health Community Clinics&Programs - Adult Clinical Services Type: Full-time temporary Expected Up to Date: March 31, 2027 FTE: 1 Shift Information: Days Number of Hours per Rotation: 28 shifts of 8 hours per 6 weeks Relief: No Float: No Hours of Work: Standard Hours Salary or Pay Band: Pay Band Nurse B $42.040 to $52.440 Travel Required: Yes Job : Under the direction of the Adult Outpatient Services Manager and working within an interdisciplinary mental health and addiction team, the Community Mental Health Nurse will provide a range of clinical services to adults with mental health and addiction issues and support to their families. The incumbent will also serve as an important link between Intermediate Care Services and the services provided by the Primary Health Care System. Human Resources Exemption: No Experience- Familiarity with Adults, Adolescents and Children w/ complex case presentations
- Min. 2 yrs (post grad) work exp. in community mental health/addiction services
Education
- Graduate from school of general nursing with training in psychiatric nursing
- Bachelor of Psychiatric Nursing (BPN)
Memberships
- Registered Psychiatric Nurses Association of Saskatchewan (RPNAS)
Other Education and Training
- Bachelor of Nursing is acceptable
