As a New Business Specialist, you will manage the complete lifecycle of life insurance applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Your role includes acting as a liaison between advisors and carriers, providing valuable insights, and helping resolve any issues to facilitate a smooth application process. Key Responsibilities:

  • Process life insurance applications with precision and compliance
  • Manage documentation for underwriting requirements effectively
  • Maintain consistent communication with advisors throughout
  • Review policies for accuracy and ensure timely settlements
  • Update case statuses in WealthServ per established standards
Requirements:
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in insurance
  • Desirable industry certifications (FLMI, ACS, AIAA)
  • Strong analytical and organizational capabilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and WealthServ
  • Bilingual (English and French) proficiency necessary
