About the Role

The people we serve come from many different backgrounds, including healthcare, education, public service, emergency services, the military, and other essential professions.

Our representatives connect with members and families who have expressed interest in learning more about supplemental benefit programs available to them. Instead of relying on traditional cold outreach, you'll work with individuals who have already requested information and are expecting assistance.

Your responsibility is to make that process simple: understand what the client is looking for, explain the available options, answer questions, and provide continued support.

What Your Day Could Look Like

This is a virtual, client-facing position where you'll manage scheduled appointments and maintain relationships with the individuals you assist.

Typical responsibilities include:

• Connecting with members who have requested benefit information
• Coordinating and completing scheduled virtual appointments
• Speaking with individuals and families to understand their priorities
• Reviewing available coverage and benefit solutions
• Explaining program details and answering client questions
• Helping clients determine which options may suit their circumstances
• Providing assistance throughout the enrollment process
• Following up with clients after appointments
• Maintaining organized records and appointment information
• Building ongoing professional relationships with clients
• Participating in virtual training, coaching, and development
• Working toward individual and team performance objectives

You'll follow an established process and receive training designed to help you become comfortable with client conversations, presentations, and the systems used in the role.

Experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, retail, or another people-focused environment can be helpful, but previous experience isn't required.
