Top Notch Roofing has been serving the Fraser Valley since the mid-90s with expert craftsmanship and a people-first approach. We're a well-established, family-owned company looking for a motivated Roofing Sales Representative to join our growing team.

What You'll Do:
- Meet with homeowners and property owners to assess their roofing and exterior needs
- Guide customers through the sales process with professionalism and care
- Conduct roof inspections and identify damage or improvement opportunities
- Close deals and follow up for referrals and positive reviews
- Build a referral network and attend marketing events to grow your pipeline
- Use CRM and mobile tools to manage quotes and client communication
You're a Fit If You Have:
- 2+ years in sales or customer service (construction or home improvement a plus)
- High emotional intelligence and strong relationship-building skills
- The confidence to ask for the sale and follow through to close
- Comfort using ladders and inspecting exterior features
- A valid driver's license and clean record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Tech-savviness with CRM or mobile business apps
- Self-motivation, organization, and a desire to grow long-term with a team
