Lead complex securities transactions as Senior Corporate Counsel at ZenaTech in Toronto, using transactional judgment and cross-border legal expertise. Supervise junior counsels while supporting major matters.This senior-level in-house role reports to legal leadership at Nasdaq-listed ZenaTech, an AI drone and Enterprise SaaS company. You will manage public and private company transactions, coordinate outside counsel, and advise on securities compliance. The work spans corporate governance, continuous disclosure, and cross-border regulatory obligations.Key Responsibilities:
Lead significant private and public company transactionsSupervise, mentor, and review junior counsels' workCoordinate outside counsel on major transactionsAdvise on FPI and MJDS securities obligationsDraft and negotiate complex legal documentationRequirements:
Ontario law license in good standingApproximately three to six years of legal practiceSignificant public company transaction experienceAbility to supervise and coordinate other lawyersExcellent judgment, drafting, and negotiation skillsApply corporate securities expertise, transaction leadership, and cross-border judgment to ZenaTech's major technology company matters in Toronto.
