As a Sea Logistics Sales Executive at Kuehne+Nagel, you will take a strategic role in driving business growth within our sea logistics division. You will manage a portfolio of key accounts, lead complex negotiations, and identify new business opportunities. This role requires a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of logistics and a proven track record in customer acquisition and retention.

How you create impact

As a Sales Executive at Kuehne+Nagel, you will support our rapid growth in sea logistics by developing and maintaining strong customer relationships. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets through a combination of customer visits, solution selling, and collaboration with internal teams. This is an ideal role for a motivated, sales-savvy individual looking to grow into a global logistics leader. You will gain exposure to a wide range of logistics solutions and receive support from a collaborative team.

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan to meet targets
• Conduct customer visits, calls, presentations, and negotiations
• Collaborate with operations to align solutions with customer needs
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
• Ensure smooth customer transitions to operations
• Demonstrate knowledge of company products and services
• Support RFQ, pricing, and handover processes
• Deliver exceptional customer service while adhering to compliance standards

What we would like you to bring

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2+ years of field sales experience in sea logistics or sea logistics freight forwarding
• Understanding of logistics processes and solutions
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Customer-focused mindset and ability to build relationships
