Senior Manager, DashPass Strategy & Growth

Drive the growth of DoorDash’s DashPass in Toronto, ON, as a Senior Manager. Your strategic vision paired with analytical insights will significantly influence subscriber engagement and retention. As a Senior Manager for DashPass, you’ll take responsibility for the membership’s success in Canada. Ensuring a vibrant user experience through innovative strategies is key. You will analyze market data, run effective tests, and partner with cross-disciplinary teams to implement your ideas, contributing to DoorDash's rapid growth and international footprint. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead DashPass product strategy initiatives
- Execute data-driven experiments for retention improvement
- Build models to evaluate program efficacy
- Collaborate with multi-functional teams for implementation
- Transform strategies into scalable operations
- 8+ years in strategy, product management, or analytics
- Proficiency in SQL and Excel analytical tools
- Proven success with cross-functional initiatives
- Experience with subscription marketing is advantageous
- Strong problem-solving capabilities
