Financial Administrative Assistant

Job Responsibility:

This large farming operation and grain elevator requires a person to work in our very busy office covering reception, telephone and filing. Assist with the maintaining of accurate records and paperwork for policies and procedures, grading and weighing of grain deliveries. Be an active lead in our Health and Safety Program while maintaining all crop records in our cropping program. Attention to detail and computer skills are essential - will train on custom computer programs. Possess a polite and pleasant disposition to deal with customer inquiries in person and on the phone. The ability to prioritize and work independently are important while working as a team with the finance, administrative and quality management team. An agricultural background would be an asset as well as an accounting/bookkeeping background. Extended hours may be required during harvest season.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
