Pharmacy Manager - Edmonton, Alberta
Neobridge Healthcare is recruiting a Pharmacy Manager on behalf of an established community pharmacy located in Central Edmonton.
This is an excellent opportunity for an pharmacist seeking a leadership role with the potential for long-term partnership and business participation. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to influence the growth and direction of the pharmacy while leading day-to-day clinical and operational activities.
Located in a high-visibility Central Edmonton location with strong local traffic and an established patient base, this position offers the opportunity to combine clinical practice, leadership, and entrepreneurial involvement within a community-focused pharmacy environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient-centered pharmacy services
- Oversee daily pharmacy operations
- Lead and support pharmacy staff
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and professional requirements
- Manage workflow, quality assurance, and operational processes
- Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, healthcare providers, and community partners
- Support business development initiatives and pharmacy growth
- Contribute to strategic planning and operational decision-making
