Présentation Du Poste

En tant qu'associé(e) d'entrepôt à temps partiel, vous faciliterez le mouvement des produits dans l'une de nos succursales et chez nos clients. Vous serez responsable des tâches d'entrepôt telles que la réception, l'expédition, l'emballage des commandes, la manutention, la gestion des stocks, ainsi que le réapprovisionnement des distributrices automatiques chez les clients et les livraisons locales. Il s'agit d'un poste de premier échelon basé à notre succursale située au 226 Dieppe Blvd, Dieppe, NB E1A 6P8.

Responsabilités

Les tâches et les responsabilités de ce poste comprennent, entre autres :

• Réception et expédition
• Passer et exécuter des commandes
• Effectuer des livraisons locales avec un véhicule de l'entreprise
• Exécuter les tâches de réapprovisionnement des distributrices automatiques dans les installations des clients
• Maintenir un inventaire précis grâce au comptage de cycles
• Gérer les stocks dans notre entrepôt et chez les clients
• Maintenir un environnement de travail propre et sécuritaire

Qualifications Requises

Pour ce poste, les candidats devront disposer des compétences et des qualifications suivantes :

• Être âgé de 18 ans ou plus, en raison de la nature du travail
• Posséder un permis de conduire valide délivré dans le pays où l'emploi est situé (y compris la réussite de tout programme de permis progressif applicable dans votre État ou province) ainsi que la capacité de satisfaire à nos exigences en matière de dossier de conduite pour utiliser un véhicule de l'entreprise, au cas où cela serait nécessaire.
• Maîtriser la communication écrite et orale
• Avoir de solides compétences en informatique
• Être en mesure d'apprendre et d'exécuter plusieurs tâches à la fois au sein d'un environnement où tout se passe très rapidement
• Démontrer de grandes aptitudes en organisation, en planification et en établissement de priorités
• Faire montre de motivation, d'autonomie, et avoir une personnalité orientée client
• Prêter une grande attention aux détails et travailler avec le sens de l'urgence
• Être en mesure de travailler aussi bien seul qu'au sein d'une équipe
• Démontrer les valeurs de notre entreprise en matière d'innovation, de coopération, d'ambition et d'intégrité
• Être en mesure de soulever, de faire glisser et de déposer au sol des paquets pesant généralement de 25 à 50 lb, mais pouvant peser jusqu'à 75 lb

Qualifications Souhaitables

• Posséder une expérience antérieure dans le domaine du service à la clientèle ou de l'industrie
• Posséder une expérience antérieure dans le domaine de la réception, de l'expédition, du tri ou de la gestion des stocks

Overview

Working as Part-time Warehouse Associate, you will facilitate the movement of product through our branch and customer facilities. You will be responsible for warehouse tasks such as receiving, shipping, packing orders, material handling, inventory fulfillment, as well as vending replenishment at customer sites and making local deliveries. This is an entry-level position based out of our branch located at 226 Dieppe Blvd, Dieppe, NB E1A 6P8.

Responsibilities

The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

• Receiving and shipping inventory
• Placing and fulfilling orders
• Making local deliveries with a company vehicle
• Executing vending replenishment tasks within customer facilities
• Maintaining accurate inventory through cycle counting
• Managing inventory in our warehouse and customer sites
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

Required Position Qualifications

The following skills and qualifications are required for this position:

• 18 years of age or older, due to the nature of work
• Possess a current full valid driver's license issued in the country where the job is located (including successful completion of any applicable graduated license program for your state or province) as well as the ability to meet our driving record requirements to use a company vehicle, as needed
• Proficient written and oral communication skills
• Proficient computer skills
• Learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
• Demonstrate strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities
• Highly motivated, self directed and customer service oriented
• Demonstrate attention to detail and strong sense of urgency
• Work independently as well as in a team environment

• Lift, slide, carry and lower packages that typically weigh 25lbs-50lbs and may weigh up to 75lbs

Preferred Position Qualifications

• Previous customer service or industry related work experience
• Previous experience receiving, shipping, sorting or managing inventory
