Enterprise Change Management Manager

Lead WCB’s enterprise change management function through strategic direction, practical delivery, and support for employees and leaders during organizational change.Reporting to the Chief Innovation Officer, the Manager establishes the function within Innovation, Analytics, and Strategy. This leader supports core system modernization, technology implementation, and evolving service delivery models. The work combines executive advising, team leadership, and change infrastructure development.Key Responsibilities:
Establish the mandate, framework, roadmap, standards, tools, and reporting practicesBuild and lead the change management teamDevelop scalable operating models, intake, and prioritization approachesGuide enterprise and project-specific change strategiesReport readiness, adoption, sustainment, and emerging risksRequirements:
University degree or equivalent education and senior-level experienceApproximately 10 or more years managing organizational changeThree to five years managing direct reportsExperience establishing or strengthening change management functionsKnowledge of organizational change methodologies and human-centred designBring enterprise transformation, stakeholder engagement, team leadership, and change capability expertise to WCB’s strategic portfolio.
