AI-Driven Software Development Engineer

Transform software engineering as an AI Software Engineer with Quest Software, working remotely from Canada. Focus on implementing AI practices in a cloud-native SaaS environment. Quest Software seeks an experienced developer skilled in C#/.NET and Azure who can effectively integrate AI coding agents into the development lifecycle. This position offers the chance to contribute code while facilitating a team-wide transition to AI-enhanced practices, maximizing efficiency and quality in software production. Key Responsibilities:
- Promote AI-first development approaches among team members
- Utilize AI agents and tools throughout engineering processes
- Design prompts and workflows for AI-assisted development
- Implement scalable solutions using Azure and C# technologies
- Engage in technical discussions and code reviews within Agile SCRUM
- Bachelor's in computer science or equivalent
- At least five years of software development experience
- Strong expertise in C# and .NET frameworks
- Demonstrated use of AI coding tools in development
- Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively
