Manager, Performance Marketing at Wealthsimple

Wealthsimple is looking for a Growth Manager adept in performance marketing to elevate our active trading and crypto initiatives. This multifaceted position involves end-to-end management of marketing strategies, ensuring that we attract and retain high-quality traders while maximizing lifetime value. Key Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize demand generation for traders
Direct paid media strategies and budget oversight
Cultivate lifecycle marketing practices for user engagement
Execute product launch initiatives for crypto offerings
Establish analytics for trader and crypto performance

Requirements:

4–6 years in growth or performance marketing
Experienced with managing cross-platform marketing campaigns
Familiar with lifecycle marketing strategies
Strong analytical skills for data assessment
Passion for trading and crypto investment
