We are a group of Award-Winning State of the art Boutique Wellness Clinics located within GTA. Our focus is Integrative Psychological Wellness for the entire family - we deliver a multi-faceted approach to optimizing mental health through Medication management, Assessments/Diagnosis, Talk Therapy, and evidence-based alternative therapies such as Massage, Acupuncture, and Functional Medicine.

Our Team is comprised of Psychiatrists Psychologists, Psychotherapists, Social Workers, Naturopathic Doctors, Acupuncturists, Mindfulness & Breath Coaches, RMTs, and many more services, all housed in our state-of-the-art facility. Our model of care is genuinely integrative where all practitioners work closely with each other to reach the best patient outcomes. This is an in person role based primarily out of our South Mississauga Clinic, in the affluent community of Clarkson, in a beautifully renovated to be a high-end wellness centre.
About the Role
This won't be your average operations role - it's a combination of operations, marketing, recruiting, and strategic initiatives. On a typical workday, you will optimize practitioners' schedules, coordinate patient billing, oversee all administrative duties (scheduling appointments, answering phones/emails/texts), aid in ensuring patient retention and growing our patient base, conduct interviews with potential practitioners, attend workshops at client sites as well as being available for ad hoc tasks as needed. You’ll have a lot of responsibility and will be an integral member of the senior management team. Being detail-oriented with good organizational and technical abilities is also important for the Operations Manager.
No two days are the same, so being flexible with quick critical thinking skills is essential. You must be a skilled communicator with the interpersonal skills to collaborate with various professionals, including physicians, patients, sales teams, etc. Administrative dilemmas can occur when you least expect, but you should be equipped with the problem-solving skills to implement a creative solution that won't compromise patient care. This individual must be able to understand the granular protocols and processes of the practice, while understanding long term needs of the business such as boosting sales, growing talent from within and, seeking out external talent for future needs. Direct patient care will also be a component of the role. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a long-term position with room to grow. Also ideal for a mental health practitioner who has strong sales, operations and analytical skills who might be interested in a management position.
The role responsibilities can be allocated as follows :
- Direct Client care and management - 20%
- Managing and overseeing admin team - 10%
- Practitioner relationship management - 10%
- Recruitment, onboarding and other HR functions - 15%
- Operations and sales management - 30%
- Program Development and Implementation 15%
Skills and Qualifications
- Previous experience in a management or senior administrator role in a Health Clinic is required
- Experience working with Mental Health practitioners is a strong asset
- Must have experience meeting and exceeding sales goals
- Excellent excel skills required
- Strong administrative skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Able to take initiative and deliver results
- Willingness to be hands-on and pitch in when needed
- Must be able to multi-task in a very fast-paced environment
- Able to work independently or as part of a team with minimal supervision
- Traveling between the 3 clinics
- Undergraduate degree in Business is a strong asset
