You will collaborate with various teams while coordinating project timelines and costs. Your role will also involve mentoring team members and upholding high-quality standards throughout the construction process. Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate project planning and communication with stakeholders
- Uphold safety management and training for personnel
- Supervise site activities and quality assurance processes
- Monitor job costs and budget adherence
- Collect and maintain documentation accurately
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in construction management
- Strong leadership and organizational capabilities
- Comprehensive knowledge of road construction specifications
- Proficiency in software like Excel and Project Management tools
- Registration with ASTTBC is a plus
