About the Role:
As a Customer Service Representative , you'll be the face of our store, helping customers find the perfect toys, answering questions about the latest collectibles, and ensuring every shopper leaves with a smile. Your passion for pop culture and toys will make you an invaluable part of our team!
Key Responsibilities:
? Greet customers warmly and provide a fun, engaging shopping experience.? Ring up purchases , process payments, and handle returns/exchanges.? Pick and pack online orders accurately and efficiently.? Restock shelves and keep the store organized and visually appealing.? Answer customer questions about products (yes, you'll get to nerd out about Pokémon, LEGO sets, and more!).? Assist with store events , promotions, and special displays.
What We're Looking For:
A positive, energetic attitude - you love making people happy! Knowledge of popular toy brands (Pokémon, One Piece, Disney, LEGO, etc.). Strong communication skills - you're friendly and great at helping customers. Retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not requiredwe'll train the right person! Ability to work in a fast-paced, fun environment . Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and peak shopping times .
